This list building campaign for Silo Point was designed to drive traffic to its website and inspire prospects with a reason to register for exclusive 360 Club privileges.
A countdown timer was used to emphasize the limited time nature of the offer, and to build anticipation for unique prospect and broker events.
The campaign helped Silo Point generate over 750 registered prospects during the pre-grand opening phase, leading to 52 homes sold during the first few weeks of sales.
