Miller & Smith tasked us with creating a temporary Sales Center for a first-time buyer townhome community. We did it in a 950 square foot retail space located a couple of miles from the community.
Our overall idea was to create a stylish yet whimsical space with a series of informative displays re-imagined as art installations that would connect with young professionals and delight their kids. The space creates a feeling that is casual, contemporary, and like a Miller & Smith model, big on impact and imagination.
